Luxury Penthouse

AJS team renovated a luxury penthouse in 5 Tudor City, updating the kitchen, staircase, HVAC systems, and bathrooms. Work included full repainting, a new marble fireplace mantel, European oak stair treads with modern railings, premium bathroom tile and fixtures, and refreshed kitchen millwork with a new Corian countertop.
